Most mainland firms don't understand the island. The relationships are different. The constraints are different. The pace is different. The community matters in ways that don't translate to a slide deck.
This practice exists because Guam's businesses deserve the same tools and practices that large mainland companies use — without flying someone in from the continental US who charges three times as much and leaves after a week.
