What I Do
Build
- AI agents and agentic workflows for real business problems
- Web applications, backends, and API integrations
- Automation pipelines that reduce manual, repetitive work
- Systems with clear documentation and handoff
- Tools that give non-technical teams genuine leverage
Advise
- Engineering architecture before it gets built
- AI strategy grounded in what the technology can actually do
- Honest scope and timeline estimates
- Technical due diligence on systems, vendors, and proposals
- Team coaching for engineers building AI-native products
Teach
- AI literacy for non-technical teams
- Agentic workflow design for practitioners
- Community workshops on technology and digital transformation
- One-on-one mentorship for students and early founders
What I Won't Do
Won't Build
- Surveillance systems without knowledge or consent of those monitored
- Disinformation tools — content farms, fake reviews, deepfake pipelines
- Systems designed to manipulate people against their own interest
- Autonomous AI that removes human oversight from high-stakes decisions
- Anything designed to circumvent legal or regulatory requirements
Won't Advise On
- How to extract maximum revenue through dark patterns
- Strategies that depend on deceiving customers or partners
- Technical approaches I believe will fail or cause downstream harm
Won't Take
- Equity-only engagements for new clients
- Work with no defined scope, timeline, or point of contact
- Engagements to rubber-stamp decisions already made
- Clients who've been dishonest in scoping
Won't Pretend
- That AI is magic or will solve problems it won't
- That a project is on track when it isn't
- That I'm available when I'm not
